Hey guys, im thinking of leveling ships in dorm to get them ready for second fleet and i wanted to know if my thoughts were good.
No i haven't completed chapter 9 yet becausee i am not high enough commander level. currently at commander level 54 and also completed chapter 8.
reasoning: i will eventually need a second fleet anyways and I can also use that fleet to start doing the c stages for the event

in the beginning xp books should be reserved for raising new ships not pushing levels. pushing levels is easily done by simply using the ships. There's nothing else to do with oil after all. But new ships don't raise themselves which is why you need a reserve of xp books. And by new I mean instant MLB which requires L70 ships or 100(97) books.
