No, vanguard and main fleet are very different. However the formation matters for main fleet too. Mainly you want a battleship in the middle / flagship position so it can stop suicide ships. The order of the 2 off flags doesn't rly matter usually
Btw a lot of the ships you use are pretty bad

Oh also some ships have a barrage that is position dependent, those also usually want to be flagship (Hood, Nelson for example)

Max limit break. The number of stars they have is maxed for their rarity. You need to limit break every ship 3 times to max their stats/abilities out. You shouldn't use any ships that aren't at mlb because they underperform very hard. They'll also level cap and waste exp.
