Side notes:
-PR ships give more fleet tech pts than normal but follow the above formula with development 30 replacing MLB.
-META ships are considered a separate META faction. They give same bonuses as their non-META versions.
-Collab ships, Muse and little versions of ships e.g. Li'l Sandy, Clevelad and Lena etc do not give any fleet tech pts.

research ships use prints to enhance stats, and gain develop level in the process. at certain dev level, they gain significant improvements, similar to limit break. so when you get required prints, they will have all upgrades unlocked, just like max limit break a normal ship
