Hidden zones are better loot than the normal zones. So run them all before you switch to farming normal zones with your remaining AP.

They aren't as good loot as the abyssals and strongholds though, so if you are out of time at the end of the month, prioritze the abyssals then the strongholds then the hidden zones.
