If so, if I have 2cv fleets and 1 bb fleet, does that mean Agir go in mob if it has BB (usually does UvH or FdG, also is Alsace a better Mob flag BB pick?)

Speaking of Hindenburg, she should be fine with double drake gun until i can get her double Hindo gun or is AP>Drake gun on her?
