Q: What are the drop rates for __?
A: Map drop rates are unknown and cannot be datamined, due to being server-side. The only one known is 0.75% for Akagi/Kaga (individually) on 3-4. Community data collection suggests the other gold ship drop rates are somewhat similar, however.

Q: Then where should I farm for __?
A: Farm the highest map you can for it. Higher stages give more EXP, upgrade parts, equipment, and shop currency. Community data collection suggests the drop rates are also probably higher on higher worlds.

MEOWFFICER QUICK GUIDE

What are Meowfficers?
They are companions that you can add up to 2 per fleet (including sub fleets). They buff your fleets with their "skills" and "talents". There are 27 different types of them.

How do I get them?
You get them by opening Cat Boxes in the Cattery. The Cattery can be found under HQ > Cat Lodge. The first Cat Box you buy everyday is free. You can buy up to 14 more per day, with each costing 1500 Gold. It is strongly recommended you do NOT binge on them!

How do I level them?
Just like ships, they gain experience when sortied. They do not cost oil, however their exp gain is dependent on the oil spent by the fleet. They max out at level 30. You can also level them by feeding other meowfficers to them, at about 30% exp loss (20% bonus if identical). Additionally they can gain levels passively through Comf-Forts.

What are talents?
Talents buff a specific ship type or faction. They get 1-3 permanent talents, depending on rarity.. Every 5 levels they gain, they get a Cat Paw which can be used to roll new talents or raise the level of some talents. You can reroll any new talents once every 24h with gold (increases with number of talents).

What are skills?
Skills are unique to each type of Meowfficer. They usually give some stat buff or some perk to the fleet. They get 1 skill initially, and they can get up to 3 skills, each obtained by feeding duplicates (1 for 2nd, 3 for 3rd). The potency of the skills is dependent on their stats which increase through levels.
Do note that the skill stat buffs are mostly inferior to talent stat buffs.

Q: How do I get more fleet technology points?
You get fleet tech points by:

1. Collecting the ship (~20%)
2. Max Limit Breaking it (~45%)
3. Achieving level 120 (~35%)

-Higher rarity ships gives more fleet tech pts .
-Heavier ship hulls also gives more fleet tech pts: CV=BB>CA>CL>DD

Side notes:
-PR ships give more fleet tech pts than normal but follow the above formula with development 30 replacing MLB.
-META ships are considered a separate META faction. They give same bonuses as their non-META versions.
-Collab ships, Muse and little versions of ships e.g. Li'l Sandy, Clevelad and Lena etc do not give any fleet tech pts.
-Iron Blood faction ships receive double the normal tech points compared to other nations.

so among other things allow me to spot a few of the flies in your ointment
to do that for every faction, mainly Eagle Union, is gonna require to push through all stages of the main campaign which will among other things you will want to do operation siren to get gear from the lab

First, events period in AL currently take in excess of 2 years to rerun, a lot can change in that time period including what new URs are released and URs you get which can drastically change the "need" for certain URs vs others.

Second, if you manage your cubes properly you should be able to get them all anyway, not to mention each UR reryn guves you 44 free build tickets.

Third, we only have a rough idea of when events will rerun and new events will droip to begin with so trying to plan out pulls is rather pointless because there's so much uncertatinty.

Fourth, not all URs do the same role so trying to comapre them all directly is again a bit pointless.
