SR Bullins are relatively precious early game, Hood and Enterprise would generally have prio for them. Focus on raising your beginner fleet for now

The technical thing you are doing is repeating an easier map for experience because higher level ships do more damage and take less. But why do one thing when two things with same oil is better.

The other issue would be correctly allocating your stage rewards
