Currently trying to get EXP for Odin since she's the most recent PR ship I tried getting. These are currently the ships that I have.

Also need tips on catching up and what-not since most things implemented past 2018 are foreign to me, especially the new gears, Meowfficers and what-not.

I have more ships available but they're low-level so I decided to only include those that are lv100+

portland is still on the better side for tanks, w12 is still being used as main farming spot for both exp and coin
you only need to push to 12-1, you can stop there and farm
for odin pr grind use 3 iron blood backline ship, try not to bring unicorn into farming fleets
atm event stages have higher prio than you pushing to w12, also if youre really in a rush for odin you can start farming at 11-1, its much more efficient than 10-4

portland and campaign have not changed all that much, still viable even in opsi even.

just use those fleets with decent gearing and then you can comfortably start farming for whatever you want
you don't need uni for survivability; with decent gearing lvl 100~ ships on a farm fleet is enough for 12-1 or 12-2.

oh yea before you start farming a stage use your clearing fleets to get it to safe threat level

a good amount of the ships youre using are pretty outdated as well, consider checking out the azur lane community tier list to see what are the better ships nowadays, anything below tier 2 is considered below average

campaign from w1 to w12 is relatively easy so even with slightly underleveled ships you should be fine

Nakhi + one of Soy or Chkalov + whomever you want to fit the third slot (seems either Shina or Haku can potentially take this slot)
Alternatively, you can use York II + Kear + Nakhi and stick a Russian slow into the vanguard (I've looked into Voro, but maybe one of the others are likewise plausible)
Even Shina + Haku + Nakhi seems plausible, although it seems that giving up the Russian slow does compromise Nakhi's damage somewhat, so the vanguard might be a bit tight
Of course, these are all preliminary, but they are the bases I'm currently aware of for building on further
