That should be able to auto all but the boss for strongholds if decently geared, but lots of improvement to be had if you want.
Helena isn't very tanky and is better suited on a "boss fleet" and not on your mob fleet. Roon is okay, but a lot better options out there. Essex is okay, but lots better options.
