How about giving up helena for someone really tanky on the protected spot, still pearl on sirius off-tank. Without helena, you can use afct and beacon to make it 4, while the pearl pops you still have one tanky (hence it's not gonna be too late)

The two 4-strike CV tries I've attempted need ridiculous RNG to kill on top of the fact that even surviving to the end with manjuu Laffey is not guaranteed
I do intend to retry again later in the season when I can +13 my Spearfish, but right now, it's clear the damage isn't there for me yet, so even trying to coax the vanguard to survive to the end is wasted effort
