The way it should work is if you have nothing on the guide then you find T2 versions of what IS on the guide. So the purple T2 Hellcat is very poverty and therefore very dubious to enhance past what is absolutely needed. You'll need to decide what is absolutely needed based on how rich you are and whether you are even failing at anything
