I don’t have either Bis or Tir, but I can get one from the medal shop. I was just going to use Graf or Strasser attached to my mob fleet and slowly grind out the exp, but I was led to believe that that would be a miserable adventure.

it seems that if the boss is at exactly (-15, 55), then haku top manages to barely scrape 3/8 hits. Flag is 2/8 and very forgiving if the boss is not at (-15, 55), and bottom is 1/8

In general backline ships have a bigger impact.
U should get enough bulins to MLB both vanguard and new Sep UR.
Only other thing is u can keep your bulins for shinano when u pity her eventually but that will take some time.
Up to u really how u wanna spend it.
