White cats are always inferior, they get fewer points to invest so even if you get the best possible white cat it'll be inferior to a good Oscar, Lime etc. Better to level (for example) a bad Oscar and use it to upgrade a good Oscar when you get one, because when you use cats of the same type like this you get a bonus to XP.

the health bonus is one of the worst possible Talents for all kinds of ships, but CVs/BBs especially it's so small it's worthless
