Q: How do I get more fleet technology points?
You get fleet tech points by:

1. Collecting the ship (~20%)
2. Max Limit Breaking it (~45%)
3. Achieving level 120 (~35%)

-Higher rarity ships gives more fleet tech pts .
-Heavier ship hulls also gives more fleet tech pts: CV=BB>CA>CL>DD

Side notes:
-PR ships give more fleet tech pts than normal but follow the above formula with development 30 replacing MLB.
-META ships are considered a separate META faction. They give same bonuses as their non-META versions.
-Collab ships, Muse and little versions of ships e.g. Li'l Sandy, Clevelad and Lena etc do not give any fleet tech pts.
-Iron Blood faction ships receive double the normal tech points compared to other nations.

that depends on which ships they are and what your gear situation is
you can beat with a lv111 fleet if good ships and gear and lose with a lv120 fleet if bad ships and poor gear

the idea is pretty simple
use the left fleet with the good gear for leveling and set the stage to use them for mobs
use the right one for the boss and put on them some gear or else they will do negative damage

i prefer a cv instead of bb myself but adding a bb makes ur stronghold clears more consistent if u dont tackle em at max adapts and/or ur gear isnt top

I use this myself and i can vouche it works on strongholds on max adapts 95% of the time
replacing vang with stronger option like hinden or ty or harbin will surely make it more consistent
