tl;dr You want a mob fleet to auto through most content, then you want a full BB fleet and a full CV fleet for bosses with specific requirements
Last one is flex boss fleet

For scrolling through all your mails the trick is grabbing the scroll bar and pulling it to the bottom with 1 finger and wiggle it left right or whatever very small movements just so it registers and jumps to the bottom
With the other finger you pull up the mail list repeatedly to trigger the reload

~2 month per wyvern is probably a good estimate
