theres always build missions, optimal way to go about pulling would be to do daily build mission and if you dont get everyone by the last day you go all in
most people just go all in on first day though (myself included)

I also want to mention that the most optimal way of pulling on events is doing 3 event pulls per day(if you’re going to pull on the event) and waiting until the final day of the event to do more pulls if you’re missing a ship. This is take advantage of the do one build daily mission and there is usually(but not always) a mission to do 3 pulls a day on the event for 300 event points to be used in the ship(if you are not going to pull on the event then ignore this missions, just do one light build a day as per usual). I want to stress though that to execute this tactic properly you need to manage your resources carefully, if you don’t you risk not being able to pull because you have run out of coins.

welp here we recommend newbie fleet for new ones because a UR without the good setup is even worse than them. On hi3 i was red lotus and i know that recommendation because without a stronger unit u would be reck the same applies here but outside the "top meta" there are other option to get into the top meta. That requires a basic fleet lvl up and farm stuff until who u get there. There are no shortcuts even if u like that waifu is going to be subpar to a blue one because of the no gear and no limit breaks.

Section 2.1: Pulling on the Wishing Well

But there will almost certainly be a few ships that will evade you even after a few years of pulling. By this point, you will almost certainly have a good stockpile of cubes to be able to pull on Wishing Wells. Now to clarify for those who aren’t aware, Wishing Well is an event that comes around usually twice a year(if you’re on EN once during the CN Anniversary in May and once during the EN Anniversary in August) that allows you to pick 2 ships from one pool to be rated for the duration of the event. I want to stress that you should only pull on these for collection until you’re just missing a few ships for 100%. Doing it sooner usually means you have fewer cubes and thus less buffer room to deal with bad rings on events and a greater likelihood that the ships you choose you’ll randomly pull during an event later on effectively rendering the cubes spent on the Wishing Well. And for all that risk you aren’t getting to 100% any faster so there are few benefits and many risks involved. I would recommend selecting 2 ships from the light pool and just doing your dailies on the Wishing Well if you aren’t pulling on the event(Wishing Well events usually run alongside a new event) until you’re in a position to comfortably be able to spend cubes on Wishing Well events.

it improves the rate for that specific ship. so for example normally in light pool u have 23 gold ships so your chance of getting sth like avrora is 0.3%. if u put avrora on wishing well it improves the odd to 2% which is a 660% increased chance to get her than before. just to clarify it is probably still not recommended to pull on it if u are new. the pins explain what is best to do with the wishing well
