you could try giving Kazagumo cyanidin towel or tablet instead for the second toolkit

Only a couple of key attacks you should learn to dodge, really
Useful to hug a corner early on so her slow orb goes to a corner and you can maneuver at speed in centre
Her big arrow attack after CV first rotation (just get out of her way)
And her big everywhere attack at 0:33 after she deploys the shield
Although these days the latter I just cheat through by screenclearing with Kear at that moment

you're just outright dismissing 40% more guaranteed damage. torp based dd aren't going to kill aa boats for you. other ships exist besides ayanami and shimakaze. like sirius.
