RN she's relegated to crossfleet support in OpSi and farming. Up to you if you still want to roll her at this point

There is equips with T1/2/3 in that case higher tier is pretty much always a direct upgrade to lower tier of the same equip. There is however T2s that are better than T3s of other equip
And then there's also T0 for anything that doesn't have multiple tiers and the colour of the gear is something else again.
Anyway purple helldiver is better than all gold dive bombers, only Tenrai is better (With the exception of its gear lab upgrade but that's not worth crafting)

It also takes a lot of oil and a lot of running trash ships through maps; whether that effort is worth it to you is up to you.
