Why my reinforcement pack disappeared ?

I bought this pack fews mounths ago. And now he has simply disappeared. I start with nothing. Why ? Where are my crowns from the pack ?

The fact that a lot of people have been asking this indicates a lack of proper communication from the devs

I do think they should have had a message in-game in addition to on social media, because clearly a lot of people missed the announcements

Btw, the only reason you had that many crowns was just to mess around with, and that would be pretty insane to have that many early on without paying for them

Idk, I felt it was pretty well stated that you would loose evrything on wipe day. if people would actually just search the prooper questions it was very easy to find the awnsers.

Generally the best policy from a UX design perspective is to assume that the user is stupid XD
