see, this sort of outline is useful to keep track of what even happens and why it matters

one thing i notice is that Sigi is incredibly lucky in conveniently having access to all these important people and sigils - especially when 3 of them just happen to be behind a museum. there should be more challenge and a more personal connection there

which leads me to the other thing that bothers me: i dont see how this plot relates specifically to Sigi. it seems like the protagonist could be replaced by any other person in a similar situation and the plot would still happen the exact same way
you especially notice this at Break Into Three [85]: The hero realizes a truth evading them all this time.: the truth that is to be realized is not supposed to be the location of some MacGuffins, but some mental barrier that prevents the protagonist from achieving the specified goal. once that barrier is overcome and the truth accepted, suddenly a path to victory is opened, thus tying the plot and the character arc into one satisfying finale

So, I need to change the outline, got it

first you need to think really hard about what makes Sigi the one and only character that this story can truly be about
all the events of the story need to be personal to an extent that only Sigi can undergo them, find out this evading truth and ultimately overcome adversity
