Summon fish is an exciting new spell as it allows for easy early game wisps, this is one practical application of this.
The basic form of this wand is 
Summon Taikasauva, all spells apart from Taikasauva can be found with no RNG, getting add trigger from MoM and fish from the fish quest.
I found the easiest place to use this wand was at the lake, where there are many passive enemies who will walk into the fish for you and trigger the Taikasauva summon like so: https://imgur.com/a/J1osVUI
All you need in addition to this wand is a method of killing Taikasauva's, this can easily be accomplished in many ways such as using blood lust or explosives
Additionally, many improvements can be made to this wand such as this bloodlust + null shot variation, which summons wands when the fish is stepped on by the player https://imgur.com/a/fsZdkMc . Furthermore, many of the spells from the taikasauva pool can make the build less awkward to use.
