Copying the message link to report the message is an extra unnecessary step. Having the option to report the message directly by right-clicking on it streamlines the process. (Right-click on message > Apps > Report -> displays modal with option to specify report reason)

Small update, we did make it so anyone can ping the Mod role again; it's still important to grab our attention when urgent rather than the convoluted process, however anything non-urgent or wanting to remain anonymous can be dealt with through either the command or (eventually) through the message apps

The /report command has been split into two subcommands, as well as context menus (right-click/press and hold on a message/user -> apps) for both reporting a message and reporting a user
We also decided against preventing people from pinging the Mod role, it's important to alert us at any given moment if something is urgent. The command and context menu provide a way to let us know about any issues you have with another user in an anonymous way.
