I have seen that Qna(s) may be bit annoying to Chris bcuz he has to answer repeated questions every friday, So better we create a channel where it will be answered by Chris. If you are not able to understand,Then Here's Some examples:
1.Why There is Chang in Lyrics of Unity On Spotify and Youtube?(Ofc Chris has Answered it many times)
2.When did Chris Started his music career/Which Was Chris' first song/Which song took Chris more time/Which cost the least etc. So in this I believe Chris won't lose intrest in Qna,I personally believe that Repeated Questions is the Reason Why Chris Has Started Song Feedback Session more.
#Suggestion - FAQ channel

There were plans for an FAQ channel, but I don't know what happened to that idea
Yeah, the channel before this, someone did suggest it
Chris has said he usually doesn't mind answering questions like what his name means and how he started music and such (aka faqs)
If an FAQ channel was to exist it would probably have to be limited to general questions that are helpful like if his music is copyright free and how to credit him properly for it
Otherwise there's a ton of questions that have come up time and time again and having a super long list of FAQs won't really be of much use if people can't even read through #welcome-rules
and he had said this a very long ago
u are just bringing up the same sentence up again and again
his mood might have changed
U are always bringing up Old Statements and Happening up again and again,I Believe you still live in past,You are not Visualising the Present, not thinking about the future
if there will be a FAQ channel then Chris would be able to reply to more variety of questions+ no question of any fan will be left at the end
Don't you think that Asking TheFatRat a question "Can I Use Your Music for my Youtube Channel please?" Chris has mentioned it in All of his videos that his music is copyright free and How To escape From Copyright Infringement in such cases,
Now for God's Sake please don't say people just don't read description, If person is uploading a Video on youtube He's Atleast enough Smart to check description
This is Common sense for a youtuber
which i believe every youtuber has, and if doesn't then why would he just join discord server and check a FAQ Channel Containing a silly question that states Nothing much more than 'yes'
I said FAQ not about writing a Diary on TheFatRat,it just Meant Basic Questions that have been asked from 2016 itself(check out the 'Who's TheFatRat?Face Reveal' video where chris revealed himself and answered many of the questions)Those questions from 2016 are still being asked Even After 6 Years
Just imagine yourself as Chris Answering to the same Question from 6 Years
You Haven't Answered a Question 2-5 times in Your School Exam and you think it would be easy for a Human to Ask 6-7 Year old questions on daily basis
huh
You're awfully quite aggressive towards what I said lol
While true that it's been a while since I can remember the last time he said he was fine with it, if he was that bothered by it he would've, you know, already made an FAQ channel thing by now
You can believe that but it still happens enough where people ask in #general if they can use his music in their YouTube videos
It's more or less younger self proclaimed YouTubers but yeah
I never said Chris enjoys answering faqs every week, but he's said on multiple occasions that he doesn't really mind it. Again if he was that annoyed he would've done something about it much earlier. It's just one of those things that happens and it doesn't happen so often where the same old questions comes up
Also you underestimate how many "basic questions" that have been asked over the years, trust me it would still be longer than #welcome-rules
'cuz i am tired of you repeating the same past happenings again and again 😔
i agree to this totally i just don't say that everyone is smart
I suggested this bcuz i believe there are many ppl whose time zones are different while Qna
and many didn't get chance to join qna
Well at least it's better than suggesting to change the TFR Talk time lmao
so i guess if someone is not able to join qna and has a question that is frequently asked question then he would might be able to just check them and get the answer and it would might create a help for those ppl till a litlle extent
exactly
i believe it will solve two issues simultaneously
not fully but till an extent
Yeah there's definitely some potential to having such a channel if it's done right
As I said earlier, there were plans for an faq channel, but idk why it's not here yet
Yes yes i have known this from a long time
Mod team seems a bit inactive a
Or busy in other work these days
Well the mods can't create channels so it comes down to Wilhelm, and even then he would have to send it over to management for approval or whatever and then figure out how they wanna do it
Hey there, guys.
I just wanted to comment on this post and leave some updates, however, please consider that in order to provide only confirmed and accurate information, we're limited to what we can share publicly and hopefully this provides some reassurance in knowing that we're aware of people wanting this.
I've passed some information to management regarding this previously, however, there's been no updates on this topic. I'll look to bring this up again and see what more we can do internally to bring this into implementation.
If there are any further updates on this topic, we'll keep you guys updated within this thread.
Suggestion - FAQ channel
@jagged cape this has become 3rd most upvoted post till now have you & team considered about this ?
it's been 5 months it's still pending
It's not really up to us, Chris himself has said he's wanted to do this for the longest time but hasn't done it yet

then i'll need to raise this post in next qna
We can probably ask for permission to make an FAQ channel ourselves but it would probably be just generic questions like where you can download the stems to remix his songs and what songs are allowed on YouTube/Twitch
I've brought it up to see what we can do
ic
second most upvoted suggestion and mot voted suggestion that isn't denied or accepted
Still in the pipeline, granted it's been so long but it's quite the task
yh i agree it's a difficult task to bring out all the weirdest question that a netizen can ask
