My game tears up when i play on dedicated graphics but it works fine in optimus graphics and my memory usage is too high

How is your CPU running? Screen tearing issue was definitely because of the FPS.

I did vsync in nvidia but still the issue us their

The issue got fixed when i locked fps in game but now whenever i switch from home to play i get cold colors
