That's funny, the error exists in game but only soft crashes it.

By the way, if you reload the game once and import it back in companion, it fixes itself.

I guess the issue is that you evolved a shadow Pokémon in your current session.

Full diagnosis :
You had shadow Togetic, and you evolved it with Real Evo on. No idea why the Purify Chamber tracks the next shadow Pokémon to purify between sessions.
