Instead of limiting to just Magikarp attack, it uses total pokemon attack in order to calculate quest time/reward. So these quests end up being unreasonably difficult with unreasonably lower rewards. Not really a problem, but w/e.

The Opposite is also true when refreshing in the MKJ region
