Server Wide Debate competition, where if MUN style wins we distribute countries randomly to all those selected, elect a chair and vice chair and have a round table conf.
If business style wins we pick people, let them select company domain and have a debate on impacts on society / a neutral theme.
Or just come up with 2 statements and divide people into two categories, one for the motion and one against the motion, both the statement winners then compete in the finals.

If it gets enough up votes I'm ready to mandate and manage all the particulars myself.
