Everyone has a talent, make a channel where if you need help from a person with a specific talent you can ask them in there. And make a hand full of talent roles that people can choose from. Where if you @ them they receive an notification if they have chosen that role. And they can help each other.

As for the roles part, I don't think it'd be possible, since Discord only allows us to have so many roles and we're already running tight on em

You can Make Messages with the type of talent and then make a Thread to each talent, where every person with that talent is added inside

Do you want to give examples on what kind of talents you mean and how the support should look like? A specific role for each talent is Impossible as we have reached the maximum amount of roles which Discord allows

As Rocco said, we are unfortunately not able to use roles for this but we are working on a new forum-based approach. We are all volunteers so we don't have a fixed timeline for this yet but it's coming!
There actually used to be channels for different hobbies and languages but Discord broke the way we gave access to them (we cannot use roles as there is a max of 250 per server and we use most of them for countries) a couple months back and we hope to bring them back soon!
