This is an interesting idea. A couple questions though:

How do we make sure we have a sufficient amount of motivational quotes? We have a similar problem with deadchat / @someone / daily challenges where we don't really have the resources to research more entries.

What is "morning"? Timezones are different for everyone. It's not allowed to mass DM people with things like newsletters (stated in the Discord Developer Policy) so individual messaging is not really an option.

If one you stop and the bot runs out of quotes it would loop old quotes already posted
