I’ve had the pc about 2 years, I’ve given it a clean, including taking out the RAM and I noticed I have one DDR5 stick and two DDR4 sticks, and I could only get the DDR5 back in. I’m so confused, I know you can only have one or the other, i just don’t know how they were in there in the first place, the notches don’t line up and I don’t want to damage anything. I don’t even know if they were doing anything in there, this whole time I thought I had 3 sticks and now I have one. 😭

The DDR4 stick definitely wasn't in properly then lol

It's impossible for it to be on a DDR5 mobo

Only way is to test all the slots

and look for physical damage if there is any

Alright thanks, is there anything I can do about the missing ram? I was supposed to get 2 sticks of 16gb

Check with official support see if they can send one out is your best bet although it has been 2 years so idk what they'll say lol
