#Katana 17 B13VEK-015UK Gaming laptop making "BZZT!" noise and freezes temporarily.

My Katana 17 B13VEK-015UK Gaming laptop which I recently bought makes a "BZZT!" noise and freezes for a second before continuing. It often does this.

I have opened MSI center, updates my drivers and BIOS.
I have scanned for any viruses via Windows Security, it says it is okay and no actions are needed.
I have disabled many start-up programs.

It does this when watching Youtube videos, gaming, but not so much when I am in call via Teams (Skype) but can do that.

I need all the help I can get. Please, and thanks.

Maybe also look into running task manager and event viewer during those tasks
