Wondering if anyone can give me advice on troubleshooting. Had my PC for about 4 months and haven’t had any issues minus the fans being super loud initially and I changed the BIOS settings (after consulting YouTube - I don’t know anything about how the PC works 🙄).

Past couple of times I’ve used it however, when I shut it down, it seems to almost be stuck idle. It usually turns the fans and lights off straight away within a few seconds, however I’ve been sitting waiting for it to go off and it hasn’t.

I’ve not downloaded anything new, changed any settings, added any new programmes or done anything different. It only seems to be maybe every second time I use it and I’m having to turn it off at the wall for it to switch off completely. I usually turn off at the wall once it’s shut itself down.

Windows updated a few days ago but that’s not fixed it. Just wondering if there’s something I don’t know to check in on!

There was a windows 11 bug in one of the recent updates that gave people difficulty in shutting down computers
