Connectivity issues

We recently got a Cyberpower PC as one of the Costco bundles and downloading games is taking an eternity - speedtest is only showing as 2MB down when other devices are showing 140+ in same location - sure it’s something dead basic I’ve done wrong - seems to be connecting via USB dongle?
