No Display or power to keyboard and mouse

Recently I have had this issue where when I turn my pc on, I get no display and power to my keyboard and mouse as well as the red light on the motherboard for CPU. It did this a few weeks back, and to fix it I just replaced the CMOS battery and it booted straight up fine but I have encountered the issue again but replacing the CMOS battery hasn’t solved it this time. Anyone know what the cause may be and any potential ways to fix it ? Thank you!
