Hey folks, essentially I am looking to upgrade from my current system due to performance issues that do not make sense - ran all types of tests
My current spec is 5900X, 3080ti, 16gb DDR4
The system I'm looking at is one of two combinations of a 9800X3D with 32gb of DDR5 6000MHZ with either a 9070XT or a 5070TI, there are arguments to be made on both these cards, any advice would be appreciated, any upgrade will perform better than my current pc

I thought about that but even when my ram usage is low the system is having issues, every time I alt tab on games in borderless windowed - freeze, weird cursor trail artifacting, had some game artifacting playing World of Warcraft, League of legends runs terribly, these issues only started towards mid 2025 and got progressively worse
