Hi there, running into problems with my PC desided to rest and have been landed with being unable to log into my profile. keep getting the attached image. i have allready tried all the stanadard (shirt + restart) is there any other options to get past this.

Maybe they forgot to take password off I don’t no message them on Monday and send it back they will fix it in good time
