Assuming your local disk C: is a hard drive, it’s pretty standard to run slow. Windows installs on hard drives are always super slow and I’m pretty sure get gradually worse over time

Only way is to delete things. But it’s not going to speed up your pc because HDDs are notoriously slow

Just make a new thread close to the time you’re wanting to buy! If you do it too far in advance, then chances are, parts will change before you end up buying
