What specs would my pc have if I had about 3000 pounds as my budget including the monitors budget, looking to get a 240 fps monitor as my main and 165 hz or 120 as my second monitor, lmk!

yeah all white but can switch mobo/ram/fans/case to black if you desire. Probably wont nee to even think of upgrading for several years
