this is probably the best you are going to get with the budget, ultra 7/9 with a solid 5080 which will be more than capable

so this pc can run games on 4k 120 fps
everything is dependent on the game and the quality you are playing for example, playing borderlands 4 in badass quality in 4k you are not gonna get 120fps. but you might get more than 500fps in another game.
