I figured out what my windows problems were maybe a year or so later

last time i had software issues i downgraded to windows 10 then upgraded again which fixed it somehow

I often got something similar and just did DDU each time which sorted it

Weirdly, if I kept my PC plugged in a socket overnight, it also did iy

But if I unplugged it overnight, it never did it
