is your BIOS up to date?
no
you should update your BIOS - you can find it on your motherboard manufacturers website
along with instructions
14th gen i9 CPUs have had issues, a BIOS update fixes them

if you want to test the stability of your CPU i recommend using OCCT and doing a stress test
I’ve done a stress test before and it’s completely fine so I’m not sure why it’s happening it’s baffling me
i recommend doing another one just to be sure - use OCCT specifically as it can pick up errors
also - ensure your graphics drivers are up to date

I have another issue, one of the usb ports on top of the pc, when I put my usb stick in there the mouse becomes very laggy. The usb works fine in the other ports. Is there a reason this could happen ?
