This happened really suddenly in the last week. I haven’t seen the PC overheating. It was flushed and refilled only 6 months ago. Any idea why this has happened and am I in deep shit with the waterblock?

Some systems may need maintned more than once a year depending on use case etc, so it could be that it needs flushed and refilled again. Looks like the block on the GPU will also need taken apart and cleaned. If it was something deep within the system it would've probably reared its head alot sooner than now.

We do correct, this specific system was filled aug 2024 last time by us

It could also be a bad batch of coolant, if it was left out etc by the company, these solid liquids also need changed regularly

I mean thats true, I know we house our liquids safely and dates are checked regularly on them etc. Usually ordered in in only small batches.
