Hello, recently got new pc and was wondering what do I need to do when I first install windows to my pc?

update graphics drivers, update windows

other than that it's plug and play

but maybe avoid the recent NVIDIA drivers and go with the March ones for safety

Yeah that's the one I'm on and it's been good

the new drivers fucked my pc up

and loads of other people having issues with them too

Nah thats it really just that and run a windows update as Miles said

then all good to go

What about any optimisation for gaming?

Can look at that sort of stuff on youtube videos and change a few settings if you want on nvidia control panel

but just dont mess with any registry stuff
