why
what i've changed:
- case fans have been changed to RGB white corsair fans to match the cooler
- changed to 1x 2TB SSD rather than 2x 1TB SSDs
- changed RAM to 6000MHz as it's optimal for AMD
- changed GPU from 9070 XT to 5070 Ti for more performance as the budget allows it
- PSU 1000W -> 850W as that already provides enough overhead and futureproofing, 1000W is excessive
you'll probably have better performing system and a better looking system with this config while also being cheaper
its cheaper?
ÂŁ2384.40 vs ÂŁ2228.40
both including VAT
how many fans do i need
the case can hold 7
the config i sent has 4 case fans selected, but you get another 3 from the AIO that's selected
so 7 fans in total
and why 5070 ti
better performance
in what games
all of them tmk
is this worth the upgrade im gonna be streaming
no
the 9800x3d is the best gaming cpu
streaming mostly uses the gpu
even for streaming
yeah the 9800x3d will be good for streaming
the 9900x3d performs worse in games
kk and why not 7200mhz for the ram
6000mhz is optimal for AMD CPUs
yeah but 7200 would js be faster in general
not really for amd
diminishing returns
it's possible that your system will perform worse with 7200mhz ram than with 6000mhz ram
it's too difficult to run and not really worth the hassle or extra money
alright thanks i sent this to cyberpower
:tada: Congrats @sterile schooner, you levelled up to 5! :tada:
alr, lmk if you need any more help
anything more i could upgrade
what's your budget?
tbh i recommend going 3rd party for your monitor - cyberpower's monitor variety isn't very good
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lenovo-Legion-Gaming-Monitor-Freesync/dp/B0D8128F4P
this is a good one
Get transported inside your favorite games while playing on the large 27-inch, In-Plane Switching (IPS) display. Gaming becomes buttery-smooth on the Legion R27qe with its 180Hz refresh rate and 0.5ms MPRT response times. Eliminate stutter and motion-blur from your games with AMD FreeSync and Ada...
actually what about the pc
i got another monitor i forgot
i say save ur money - ÂŁ200 isn't going to get much, the current pc spec is already really good value for money IMO

i recommend sticking with the default 5070 Ti
you won't get a founders edition card
it'll be one of the following:
- asus
- msi
- palit
- gainward
- a few others i think
there's pretty much no point picking the msi card
it's the same gpu, just with a different cooler
won't make a difference
i donât even mean to do that
i was confused why it was more monty

something like 10%
it's really up to you which one you go with - your budget permits the 5070 Ti which is higher performance - so i'd go with that
alright i was just thinking because i was watching benchmarks and it seemed like the 9070 xt is better in some games
it's a little more game dependant sometimes - depends on the game
in general though i think the 5070 ti is better on average
what abt in like fortnite or warzone
The 5070ti is better
yo i got a question
idc about the rgb on the fans so could i go for the old option?
or a difffernt one
@north pecan
hi
i'll remove rgb
are you not too bothered about looks - i can always change which case it has
there aren't really any bad options on cyberpower, but the lancool cases are good for cooling
not really but i want it to look nice
yeah do one
do you prefer white or black for a case
white
the fans wont be white, they'll be black, doesn't look like they do non-rgb white fans

and got this
1080p for a 9070xt ???
wat should i get
i play competitive games i play on all low settings
That doesnât really make any sense, you donât need to get a system with a 9800x3d and a 9070xt to then play on all low settings with a 1080p monitor?
im gonna get 1440p
maybe
:tada: Congrats @sterile schooner, you levelled up to 7! :tada:
idk
so i should play on high?
it just doesnt make sense to get all that to play on 1080p low settings thats all i'm saying
so what should i get
