what i've changed:

case fans have been changed to RGB white corsair fans to match the cooler
changed to 1x 2TB SSD rather than 2x 1TB SSDs
changed RAM to 6000MHz as it's optimal for AMD
changed GPU from 9070 XT to 5070 Ti for more performance as the budget allows it
PSU 1000W -> 850W as that already provides enough overhead and futureproofing, 1000W is excessive

you'll probably have better performing system and a better looking system with this config while also being cheaper

it's too difficult to run and not really worth the hassle or extra money

i recommend sticking with the default 5070 Ti

you won't get a founders edition card

it's really up to you which one you go with - your budget permits the 5070 Ti which is higher performance - so i'd go with that
