Hello, i have a friend who is looking to potentially buy a PC anytime soon as their current gaming laptop died today. They would ideally prefer something thats within their budget of £800-1200. Any recommendations?

that looks good thankyou, if possible, just to give them a choice between 2 different systems, do you have any recommendation priced closer to their lower side of budget?

these systems are all pretty good value IMO

the main differences between the £898.80 system and the next-day system are:

  • better CPU in the first system (5600 vs 4500)
  • bigger motherboard in the first system (ATX vs M-ATX)
  • more RAM in the first system (32GB vs 16GB)
  • better wi-fi adapter in the first system (the next-day system uses a USB wi-fi dongle as opposed to a PCIe wifi adapter, PCIe wifi adapters are much better in terms of range & speed, they just cost a little more)

lmk if you have any questions about any of these systems or if you want a different configuration
