just tried to update my bios, after rebooting and going into flash mode my PC completely froze. it is now not showing any display and is turning off and on by itself

@wary dagger contact customer service while I was at work a few days ago due to some display issues, was told by the guy on the phone to update the bios as there was issues with the i913 gen series

didn't even get the chance to, pc bricked as soon as it tired to restart

sounds like a bricked motherboard to me

progress, taking out one stick of ram allows it to boot into windows

Faulty ram maybe? Did you ever get any beep error codes from the motherboard?

nah, no beeps, only issue i can physically see is the DRAM light on the board being yellow, only thing is they were fine before I was told to try and update the bios...

after further playing about, the two slots on the right aren't working, although both of the left side slots work with both sticks, very tired, very confused 🤣
