your PSU is enough to handle the specs... but just so you know, AMDs optimal RAM speed is 6000MHz, you've selected 7200MHz so you may run into stability issues, hopefully not though, should be tested before it's sent out to you
5090s have a minimum of 1000w so 1100w gives it a good amount of headroom
tbh the biggest power drain on a pc is the gpu aslong as u cover that its fine only time a gpu will use high power is if your using benchmark software
i looked at the motherboard support for speeds it did list the ram with that speed as compatible or you think its best i go for something else ?
it's not so much if your motherboard supports it as much as your CPU being able to match those speeds
AMD CPUs tend to work better with lower clocked RAM speeds
