#Laptop replacement 2k budget

Hello guys I'm searching for a laptop that can stay with me for at least 3 years.

I had a 3070 before but with 3 years start freezing and nobody found the solution.

I'm thinking get a new with at least 4070 and the memory I'll upgrade separately to 32gb+ so I want a nice screen resolution, processor.
