Fan upgrade?

I’ve been playing CS2 and my fps has been about 400fps on average however for my configuration I’ve seen people getting 600+. I looked at the performance of my components when im playing and while my CPU is at around 40% I’ve seen my GPU hit around 95% and have high utilisation in general. Now I play 1440x1080 4:3 stretched and have all low graphics so this is odd. I’m thinking that my GPU might not be cool enough because I’ve got 4 fans (I might be wrong I’m still new to this😭).

I’ve got Ryzen 7 7800x3d and an RTX 4070 Super with 32GB of ram so I don’t know if something is wrong or I’m just bugging

this tells you temperatures, find your GPU temps and see what they're like

utilising all of your GPU is good and does not mean your GPU is struggling, it means you're getting the most performance out of your GPU

Currently at work so I’ll do it when I get home but I still feel as if it setup is underperforming. When I did an fps benchmark on CS2 I got 600-800 frames but when I’m 5v5 in game it’s about 400fps

Tbh I don't see a problem here? 400fps seems fine

the cpu and gpu utilisation is normal too
