To put it simply, I want to use a 5600 so I need to update the bios. I tried the MSI website and found out that their ones don’t work and that i have to come to cyberpower directly for the file

its a fat32 formatted USB

what port are you using to plug the USB in?

the motherboard doesnt have a flash port so i just did the top left one on the back of it

it recognises the usb, but doesnt show any files inside of it

try the ones next to the HDMI

the top two are for keyboard and mouse (typically)

No it's an MSI motherboard

try another port, if not try a slightly older one (i've attached one that should support the 5600)

it should look something like this on your USB

i think you have a special bios or something produced for system integrators (like cyberpower)

i don't imagine CPUK installed a beta version that got taken off the website for bugs

and since it's not able to recognise the new BIOS it seems more likely

when i turn the pc on it shows the cyberpower logo thats why i was thinking i had to contact you guys instead of MSI
